Ecommerce operating system

Everything a store needs, already running.

Products, orders, customers and storefront in one platform — ready to use. No custom development, no integration maze, no infrastructure to run.

01One platform

Everything is already included

Four layers that normally take four vendors and a systems integrator to assemble. In Coready they ship together and share one data model.

Admin panel

Catalog, orders, settings, permissions and modules in one console.

CRM

Customers, counterparties and the full operational history behind them.

API

Versioned, documented endpoints for storefronts, integrations and automation.

Storefront

Use the template, compose pages with blocks, or connect your own frontend.

Working from day one

  • Product and catalog management
  • Order processing
  • Customer CRM and counterparties
  • Pages, blogs and content blocks
  • Inventory sync and catalog imports
  • Custom domains and multilingual stores
  • Role-based access across companies
  • Coready AI — an assistant that reads your data and drafts changes you confirm

All of it is switched on in the demo store — a complete shop running on Coready, with its catalog, blog, two languages and wholesale pricing.

02Coready AI

An assistant that knows your shop

Coready AI is built into the admin panel. Ask about your catalog, orders and customers, or describe a change in plain words — it prepares the change, and nothing is saved until you confirm.

  • Answers from your own records

Products with their options and prices, categories, orders and their lines, customers and suppliers — looked up, not guessed.

  • Changes in plain words

“Make the blue mug 12.50”, “add a red one under MUG-2”: it drafts products, categories, manufacturers, contractors and options.

  • Prices from a screenshot

Send a supplier's price table. It matches the rows to your option values and lists every old and new price.

  • Knows its way around Coready

It reads this documentation and your modules' guides, and tells you where in the panel to go for the rest.

  • Nothing changes until you confirm
  • Sees only what you can see
  • No AI account or key of your own
An example conversation: asked to reprice the blue mug and add a red one, Coready AI shows both changes with Confirm and Decline buttons.
03Why Coready

Go live in days, not months

Skip the development cycle, the integration work and the infrastructure buildout. Coready is prepared for launch before you sign up.

  1. 1

The admin panel, CRM, API and storefront are already running. Nothing to install, nothing to provision.

  2. 2

    Load your catalog

Add products by hand, import an existing catalog, or sync it from the inventory system you already use.

  3. 3

    Make it yours and open

Compose the pages in Studio, connect your domain, and start taking orders. Hosting, backups and updates are ours to run.

Ready, not assembled

Products, orders, CRM, storefront, pages and blogs arrive working. Nothing to stitch together from separate services.

Open by default

Full API access. Run the built-in storefront, build a custom frontend, or connect the systems you already use.

Infrastructure handled

Hosting, updates, security and backups are managed for you from the first day.

Growth without replatforming

Start lean and scale volume on the same platform. No migration when the numbers grow.

04Audience

Who it is for

Teams that want speed and control

  • Small and medium businesses selling online
  • Brands launching their first ecommerce channel
  • Developers and agencies building for clients
  • Teams tired of operating fragmented systems

Why it is worth it

A stronger business case

  • Costs less than commissioning custom development
  • No build phase to sit through
  • Simpler than an enterprise stack you must staff
  • One bill instead of six subscriptions
05Documentation

Written for the person running the shop

How to keep a catalog straight, how to edit your storefront, what your plan covers, and how to connect your own systems. Read it before you commit to anything.

06FAQ

Practical questions before launch

How fast can we launch?
Most stores go live in one to three days. A typical setup and first launch can be completed within 48 hours, because there is no development phase — you configure a platform that is already running.
Can we see it working before signing up?
Yes. Open the demo store — a shop running on Coready, where you can browse the catalog, add to the cart, read the blog and switch language. It is built with the same Studio builder, blocks and storefront every customer gets.
Can we use our own frontend?
Yes. Coready is API-first. You can run the included template storefront, compose pages from blocks in the visual Studio builder, or point a completely custom frontend at the same API.
Do we pay extra for modules?
No. Modules such as discounts, product matrices, bulk creation, imports and the AI worker are enabled per company at no additional cost. Only storage and email volume are metered.
Can we connect our existing systems?
Yes. There is a documented versioned API, plus modules that keep an inventory system in step and import an existing catalog from another shop.
Where is our data, and can we get it out?
Your data lives in a managed PostgreSQL database with backups included on every plan, and it is reachable through the same API your storefront uses — so an export is never a support ticket.
What do the one-time services cover?
Setup and launch help, product import, custom website design and custom module development. Setup help is billed by the hour, so a launch that takes two hours costs two hours; the rest are starting estimates. We review the work and confirm a final quote before anything is charged.
