MoySklad integration
The MoySklad integration copies your MoySklad catalog into Coready — categories, products with their variants, prices, stock, pictures and attributes — together with your counterparties. Your websites show Coready's copy, so they are fast and each website can show its own part of the catalog. Orders placed on your websites are Coready orders, under Orders.
The integration only reads from MoySklad: it never sends, changes or deletes anything there — no products, no counterparties, no orders.
Setting it up
- Create a MoySklad user for Coready (recommended) with permission to view products, product groups, counterparties, prices and stock. It needs no permission to create or change anything.
- Connect. Open Modules → MoySklad integration, enter that user's login and password and choose Save and check. The API address can stay empty. The password is kept for your company only and is never shown again.
- Choose what to sync under What to sync: products, categories, variants, pictures and counterparties are on by default, archived products are off.
- Set up the fields. Under Fields, choose Set up automatically. Coready reads your MoySklad attributes and creates a matching custom field for each one it has no field for yet, picks the retail price as the sale price, the attribute named like "Manufacturer" as the manufacturer, and connects each website to the yes/no attribute named after it (see Websites). Check the result with Show fields and change anything that is not right — what you change stays.
- Sync everything. Under Sync, choose Sync everything. The first sync of a large catalog takes a few minutes; the page shows its progress and, when it is done, what it brought.
- Keep it current. Choose Sync changes whenever you want the latest: it reads only what changed in MoySklad since the last sync, and the stock of everything. Choose Sync everything again after changing the settings, or now and then to switch off products deleted in MoySklad.

Custom fields the sync uses
Set up automatically creates these for you. To create them yourself instead, add them under Settings → Custom fields and map them under Fields.

A list field gets a new value the first time MoySklad sends one. A field mapped to "Not synced" is left alone.
Websites
To decide in MoySklad which products each website shows, add a yes/no product attribute per website, named after the website's address, and switch it on for the products that website sells. Set up automatically connects each website to the attribute whose name holds its address or name; you can choose another under Fields → Websites. On each sync, a product shows on the website while its attribute is on and is left out while it is off. A website without an attribute shows every product.
Categories and manufacturers can be left out of a website in Coready itself, with the Show on boxes on their pages; the sync does not change those. For a website connected to an attribute, the sync sets each product's box from MoySklad, so change the attribute in MoySklad rather than the box.
Edits in Coready
MoySklad is where the catalog is kept: a product field the sync brings is set from MoySklad on every sync, so change it there. The exception is a product edited on the website itself, in Studio: the fields changed there keep your version and the sync leaves them alone. Custom fields mapped to "Not synced", pictures you add in Coready and everything the sync does not bring are never touched.
Price and access
The integration is a paid module: €30 a month. If your company does not have it yet, choose Request access on the Modules page and the Coready team will contact you. Your plan's product and counterparty limits apply: records over them are not brought, and the sync says how many. Pictures count towards your storage.
Turning the module off stops the sync at once; everything already brought stays. Deleting its data removes the connection and the links between your records and MoySklad; the records stay.
