Price list

Edit purchase prices, markups and sale prices of every product on one page, like a spreadsheet.

The price list puts every price you sell by on one page, kept the way a price spreadsheet is: for each product, a row per option (print colours, for instance) and a column per quantity, with the purchase price, the markup and the sale price in every cell.

Editing prices

Choose what you edit — sale price, purchase price or markup — and type in the cells. Change the purchase price or the markup and the sale price follows; type a sale price yourself and the markup is worked out from it. Changed cells are highlighted until you save, and Save changes saves everything at once, or nothing if a cell needs fixing. Add or remove a quantity column and change the minimum order on the same page.

Changing many prices at once

Change prices in bulk applies one change to every product the current filter shows, on all pages: set a markup, or raise or lower purchase or sale prices by a percentage — a supplier's price rise, a new markup for a category. It shows how many prices will change before it changes them.

The prices are the same ones your product pages, quotes and shop use, so there is nothing to copy across.
